order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

DollHaus Beauty currently ships within the United States only. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
lost or delayed packages
DollHaus Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, severe weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.

Due to the hygienic nature of our lip gloss products, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns and no exchanges are offered under any circumstances.

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank.
